1. About this site
LincolnCounty.website is an independent community guide and is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Lincoln County or any city, town, plantation, or government agency. It is for general information and is not an official notices or emergency-services channel.
2. Accuracy and AI-assisted content
Some site text may be created or refined with generative AI and reviewed by the site creator. Content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify current details with the provider or land manager before relying on them. The site does not offer AI-generated advice or a chatbot.
3. Listings and advertising
Map searches link to third-party OpenStreetMap results. Sponsored placements, if purchased, will be clearly labeled. A paid placement is advertising, not an endorsement by the County or any municipality. Local listings are added when their details and permissions are verified.
4. External services
External links, maps, fonts, news, weather, and event resources are controlled by their respective providers. We do not control their content, availability, or privacy practices.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use this site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Content and disclaimer
Unless otherwise noted, original text, design, and code are created by Alexander Wasson. Photographs are separately licensed and credited on the Photo Credits page. The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the site creator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of this site or linked services.
